How to Use the Chart

  • Measure the Inside Diameter: Use a ring that fits comfortably and measure the diameter across the centre in millimetres. This free app is a great help for accuracy with this task.
  • Locate Your Size: Find the measured diameter in the last column and read across to find the corresponding AUS/UK, US, and EU sizes.
  • Converting Sizes: If you know your size in one system (e.g., AUS/UK Size M), find it in the chart and read across to see the equivalent US and EU sizes.
  • Sizes start from A (smallest) and go up to Z5 (largest), including half sizes.

Tips for Accurate Measurement:

  • Time of Day: Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's largest.
  • Temperature: Ensure your hands are at normal body temperature.
  • Finger Size Variation: Your dominant hand may be slightly larger.
  • Ring Width: Wider bands fit more snugly; consider going up half a size.
  • Fingers swell after a few wines, and measurements 'may' be less accurate at these times.
  • Remember that comfort is key—it's better to have a ring that's slightly larger than one that's too tight.
